Responsibilities

+ Maintain strong organization and operate effectively in ambiguity.

+ Perform tasks similar to recruitment coordination but at a higher level, requiring stronger stakeholder communication.

+ Navigate grey areas and independently drive clarity.

+ Conduct proactive check-ins with stakeholders to prevent surges and aging requisitions.

+ Investigate stalled requisitions and ensure forward progress.

+ Engage significantly with system work within CRM and related tools.

+ Manage 20–25 sites or 20–25 Slack channels.

+ Engage directly with L7 and L8 site leaders who have high expectations.

+ Escalate concerns professionally and appropriately.

+ High volume closing
