Link-Worldwide is looking for a Technical Solutions specialist to provide customer support and troubleshoot technical issues on Google Cloud products. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least two years of experience in technical support, and coding/debugging skills.

This role includes working in a team that ensures 24-hour support for customers, advocating for their needs and resolving issues promptly. Flexibility in work hours is required, including weekends.
