Job Description
Elevate the Kinaxis SaaS platform as a Cloud Engineer II in a hybrid role based in Ottawa or Toronto, Canada. Focus on operational efficiency, automation, and production system management.
As a key member of the Site Reliability Engineering team, you will ensure that Kinaxis services remain reliable for customers worldwide. This hands-on role involves collaboration across Product, Security, and Support teams, driving improvements to cloud infrastructure and service stability by utilizing tools like Terraform, GitHub Actions, and ArgoCD.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support production system operations to meet SLA targets
• Contribute to automation using infrastructure as code
