Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 2 operational support for Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) and Linux (RHEL, Amazon Linux, Ubuntu)
  • Perform OS-level troubleshooting, service restarts, performance checks, and log analysis
  • Support Windows services (AD, DNS, GPO, WSUS) and Linux services (systemd, cron, filesystem, package management)
  • Handle incidents, problems and service requests via ITSM tools
  • Support AWS services including EC2, EBS, S3, Systems Manager (Run Command, Patch Manager, Session Manager), and CloudWatch
  • Assist with instance provisioning, validation, start/stop, resizing, snapshots, and recovery activities
  • Support UAT and production readiness and BAU handover
  • Manage VPCs, subnets, route tables, and security groups
  • Support ingress/egress connectivity and Network Load Balancer (NLB) integrations
