Job Description

A typical day would involve:


  • Supporting backlog grooming and prioritization in Azure DevOps under guidance from senior engineers

  • Tracking project deliverables, dependencies & assist with status reporting

  • Participating in meetings with SRE, Observability, Product and ITSM teams

  • Gathering and documenting user feedback on tooling usability and operational workflows

  • Creating clear documentation and summaries to support decision-making

  • When required, developing code with PowerShell, Python or NodeJS

  • Results-Oriented - You have a demonstrated ability to engage stakeholders to elicit requirements gathering, analyze findings, generate appropriate solutions, and build deliverables all while securing team's commitment to these solutions.
