Main Purpose

To design, manage, and optimise hybrid ICT infrastructure (cloud and on-premises), ensuring secure, reliable, and efficient operation aligned with COBIT-19, ITIL, ISO/IEC 27001, and CGICTPF governance frameworks.

Commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or National Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or Network Engineering.
• Microsoft Azure Administrator or Solutions Architect certification.
• VMware VCP / CompTIA Server+ / Network+ (or equivalent).
• ITIL Foundation and COBIT-19 (advantageous).

Experience

• Minimum 3 years in hybrid ICT infrastructure environments.
• Experience with Windows Server, Azure AD, Exchange Online, and enterprise storage.
