Job Description
Provide production support, cloud operations, and DevOps capabilities to ensure the stability, availability, and performance of enterprise platforms. The role requires hands-on experience managing infrastructure as code using Terraform , along with CI/CD pipelines, cloud environments, and incident response in Azure and AWS.
Key Responsibilities
- Support production and non-production environments (Azure & AWS)
- Handle incident management and participate in on-call rotations
- Manage and track tickets using tools like ServiceNow, Jira, or similar
- Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps / GitHub Actions)
- Design, provision, and maintain infrastructure using Terraform (Infrastructure as Code)
- Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure (compute, networking, storage)
