Cloud Platform Engineer

Insight Global is looking for a Cloud Platform Engineer to join one of North America's largest retail and wellness companies. The ideal candidate will be joining the Cloud Foundations team is a core pillar of technology strategy. We provide strong, scalable foundations across Azure and AWS, using cloud-native services to offer secure, self-service platforms with clear guardrails for our internal engineering teams. You’ll be hands‑on, collaborate across platform, security, and product teams, and contribute to a consistent delivery cadence and short cycle times in line with our team’s goals.

Responsibilities

• Build, enhance, and operate AWS/Azure landing zones, reference architectures, and reusable Terraform modules that enable secure, self‑service provisioning.
• Implement policy‑as‑code guardrails (e.g., OPA/Conftest/Azure Policies/Service Control Policies) to protect the organization while preserving developer velocity.
