Key Responsibilities:
- Deploy, configure, and maintain virtual servers across various hypervisor platforms
- Monitor and ensure high availability of cloud and on-premise infrastructure.
- Automate workflows and system processes where applicable.
- Provide technical support to the internal technical team, resolving hardware and software issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and networks.
- Collaborate with the technical team on system implementations, upgrades, and maintenance.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively.
- Ensure the security, integrity, and reliability of IT infrastructure.
- Maintain accurate system documentation and procedures.
- Respond to incidents and outages in a timely and professional manner.
