Key Responsibilities
Pre‑Sales & Solution Design
- Lead technical pre‑sales engagements, ensuring solutions are deliverable, scalable, and commercially sound
- Run customer discovery workshops and cloud assessments across infrastructure, security, identity, and governance
- Translate findings into clear recommendations, roadmaps, and executive‑level outputs
- Produce high‑quality artefacts including SOWs, high‑level designs (HLDs), and effort estimates
