Key Responsibilities
Customer Advisory & Engagement
- Deliver structured Microsoft engagements (MIP/VBD) to enterprise customers
- Act as a trusted technical advisor, providing best practice guidance
- Engage with customer stakeholders to assess current environments and recommend improvements
Technical Delivery
- Lead and deliver workshops, assessments, and hands-on engagements
- Provide expertise across Azure Local, hybrid infrastructure, and Windows Server environments
- Design and guide implementation of modern hybrid solutions using Azure services
