Mitdefinition der Cloud Architektur, primär Microsoft Azure. Anforderungsanalyse für Cloud Computing, Erarbeitung von Policies und Standards. Patchen und Life Cycle Management Server. Global Second Level Support. Pflege der Dokumentation und Schulung von Stakeholdern.
