Altea is not another big box gym. It's not a boutique studio. It's something the Canadian fitness industry hasn't seen before, and the numbers are starting to prove it.
We built this model by studying what the industry kept getting wrong. Clubs that forgot their members. Boutiques that couldn't scale. Operators who treated their people as a cost. We took those lessons seriously and built something different, putting genuine care for team and members into the actual operating model, not the values poster on the wall. The result is utilization, retention, and class attendance numbers that lead the industry.
We're growing deliberately across Canada. As we grow, the most important thing we'll do is put the right leaders in our clubs. That's why this role exists.
