Position Summary
Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Clubhouse Operations Manager serves as the primary day‑to‑day operational leader of the clubhouse and member‑facing operations at High Park Club.
The role is responsible for providing operational continuity while supporting a welcoming, organized, and service‑oriented club environment. Key areas of responsibility include food and beverage operations, vendor coordination, communications and social media, front‑line staff leadership, operational support for Club programming and events, and maintaining a consistently positive member experience.
This is a highly visible, hands‑on leadership role that requires strong operational coordination, sound judgment, and a commitment to exceptional member service. The Clubhouse Operations Manager provides day‑to‑day operational leadership and continuity during periods when the General Manager is away from the Club.
