Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate reservation activities for multiple properties within the cluster
  • Supervise and train reservation team members fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
  • Analyze booking trends and occupancy data to optimize revenue management strategies
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing and revenue management teams to develop and implement effective pricing and promotional strategies
