Clutch is redefining car ownership and is in search of an Operations Manager to oversee its Consumer Financing operations. This role requires a problem-solver capable of developing processes that improve speed and quality in financing. You will work closely with various teams and build a robust operational foundation for the lending program.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead daily operations and refine financing workflows
• Design scalable processes and implement improvements
• Monitor and analyze key operational metrics
• Manage cross-functional collaborations for issue resolution
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 3–5 years in operations or similar environments
• High initiative and operational judgment
