Job Description

ChatPandas, Inc. is seeking a proactive Technical Support Executive to assist users with their CMS platform for website creation. In this role, you will provide timely technical support, solve user issues, and maintain high customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT and has experience in technical support, ideally in software or web development. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is preferred.
