Brief Position Summary
The Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) Specialist provides supplemental service support in the areas of conversions, ordering stock, vending solutions, putting orders away, 5S handling of service & equipment, and expediting.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Supports MSC customer solutions and sales associates.
- Understands company solutions, products, and services including limited technical product knowledge.
- Supports the implementation of Vendor Managed Inventory programs at customer locations.
- Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customers.
