- Set up CNC machines according to engineering blueprints.
- Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards and dimensional tolerances.
- Perform autonomous and preventive maintenance on machines.
- Modify CNC programs as needed using CAD/CAM software.
- Interpret and apply G-Code and M-Code for machine operations.
- Demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude and understanding.
- Work with tight tolerances and precision components.
- Identifyand resolve machining issues promptly.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
- Operate Sparking EDM machines for tooling and repair projects.
- Fabricate partsin accordance withdimensional specifications from technical drawings.
