CNC Miller - Programmer/ Setter/ Operator

We are seeking an experienced and skilled CNC Miller - Programmer/Setter/Operator to join our growing team within a precision engineering environment. This is a hands‑on role where you will take ownership of programming, setting, and running CNC milling machines, ensuring high-quality production, efficiency, and on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Program, set, and operate CNC milling machines, including Bridgeport Vertical Mills (Heidenhain controls) and Haas Mills (Fanuc controls).
• Coordinate all programming and setting activities, working collaboratively with other setters.
• Support second‑operations machinery when required, such as thread rollers, grinding machines, drill banks, deburring tools, torque testers, and more.
• Carry out first‑off inspections and in‑process checks for both 1st and 2nd operations.
• Work with a variety of materials including aluminium, stainless steel, and Inconel.
