Our client, a large engineering business based in Shipley, have an urgent requirement to recruit 3 well versed CNC Millers to their large team.
Duties
* To complete pre use machine inspections, to record results and report any hazards or faults.
* To complete asset care tasks in line with maintenance schedule.
* To monitor metal cutting fluids to ensure correct tank levels and percentage concentration are maintained. Highlighting any concerns with environmental team and team leader. Maintain and clean tanks in line with service schedule.
* To make full use of the working day completing in-cycle tasks where cycle times permit, to include the running of additional machines or conducting additional manual operations.
* To set and operate CNC Machining Centres in line with standard operating procedures and setup sheets.
