**Job Title: CNC Operator**
**Job Description**
This role focuses on operating CNC mills and lathes within a modern manufacturing facility. You will run a small cell of machines, load bar stock, monitor production, and perform minor quality checks to ensure parts meet specification. The position is hands-on, physically active, and integral to maintaining consistent, high-quality output on the production floor.
**Responsibilities**
+ Run a cell of 2–3 CNC mills and/or lathes throughout the shift to meet production goals.
+ Load bar stock and other raw materials into CNC machines in a safe and efficient manner.
+ Operate CNC equipment according to established procedures and work instructions.
+ Perform minor quality control checks on parts to verify they meet specified dimensions and tolerances.
