Location: Birmingham

Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour

Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm

Contract: Temp to Perm

The Role

We are currently recruiting for a CNC Operator to join a well‑established manufacturing company. This is a hands‑on role ideal for someone with experience operating CNC machinery in a production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating CNC machines in line with production requirements
• Loading and unloading materials and components
• Monitoring machine operations and making basic offsets/adjustments
• Carrying out quality checks using measuring equipment (verniers, callipers, micrometers)
• Reading and working from engineering drawings
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Reporting faults or issues to supervisors
