Job Description
Safran Landing Systems is a subsidiary dedicated to manufacturing major components of landing gear. The Mirabel plant uses state‑of‑the‑art equipment for machining, polishing and special processes (heat treatment, shot peening and surface treatments).
Responsibilities
- Support the operations team by providing expertise in programming CNC machine tools.
- Interact daily with operators to gather regular feedback.
- Coach operators to increase their understanding of programming.
- Use the RPO (Operational Problem Resolution) tool to solve issues: analyze indicators and maintenance data, identify root cause, analyze alternatives, find and validate the optimal solution and follow up.
- Implement continuous improvement projects based on various results (RTA, OLE, etc.).
