The CNC Machinist /Programmer (Swiss style lathes/lathes and mills) is responsible for the development, maintenance and optimization of new and existing CNC Swiss Lathe programs.
Our machines (Tsugami and Ganesh) use Mitsubishi and FANUC controls.
Duties:
- Develop programs for new products or prototypes
- Provide floor support for the programs, as well as continuous improvement of existing production programs
- Set up and prove out new programs
- Train operators and setup personnel on new programs once proved out
- Develop operational methods, work instructions, operating drawings, and documentation
- Assist with setting up and managing results of tool life program

- Four-plus years of proven hands-on programming experience
