Follow instruction or task given by Line Leader, as example, set-up and run production on CNC Machine, 5S, any other task that deemed necessary to support organization daily operation.
Identify and use only the latest part drawing and engineering documents.
Ensure the right material/input is used, based on the Process Traveler.
Identify correct tool, tool length and tool holder, retrieve correct fixture from the fixture rack based on the Tool List.
Upload and use only latest CNC program in CNC Machine, based on the Tool List.
Follow strictly all the written instruction prescript in the Setup Sheet.
Run the CNC Machine with extreme care to avoid collision.
Tentatively fill up all the relevant field in the engineering documents (Process Traveler, Inspection Plan)
