Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate CNC machines, specifically using the Mazak system.
  • Interpret Computer Aided Design (CAD) Drawings to understand machining requirements.
  • Program and adjust machine settings to optimize performance.
  • Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure their proper functioning.
  • Measure, examine, and meticulously test completed units to detect defects and ensure conformance to specifications, utilizing precision instruments like calipers and micrometers.
  • Conduct thorough quality checks on finished products to verify adherence to specifications.
  • Maintain a clean, organized workspace, and strictly adhere to safety guidelines and protocols.
