A company is seeking a Coal Process Manager to oversee end-to-end coal processing operations, including washing, crushing, screening, blending, and quality control. The role focuses on optimizing plant performance, ensuring safety and environmental compliance, and achieving production and quality targets.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mineral Processing, Metallurgical, Chemical, or Mining Engineering
- 7–15 years’ experience in coal processing or mineral plant operations
- Strong knowledge of coal beneficiation processes (DMS, flotation, screening, etc.)
- Experience with process control systems (SCADA/PLC)
- Strong leadership and team management experience
- Knowledge of HSE regulations and compliance standards
