The COE SAP Demand Planning Specialist will focus on enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our Global Sales and Operations Planning functions. This role is essential for driving continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring best practices are implemented, and maintaining high standards of process and systems management across the organization.

 Responsibilities
Process Optimization:Identify, analyze, and enhance demand planning processes across business units and regions.

Continuous Improvement:Support initiatives to foster a culture of continuous improvement, utilizing methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen.

Best Practices Implementation:Assist in ensuring that best practices are consistently applied across all planning processes.

Training and Development:Help develop and deliver training programs to enhance process knowledge and skills within the team.
