Salary: Up to RM2,000 (Basic) + Monthly Incentives (Minimum RM750 | Up to RM4,000)
Working Hours: Normal Office Hours
Requirements
- Minimum SPM qualification (any field)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer literacy
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to follow up on instalments and missed payments
- Update customer records and handle basic inquiries
- Advise and negotiate payment arrangements to ensure timely collections
