Responsibilities
- Provides administrative support to the sales team, including handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, and preparing documents.
- Transacts money and deals, and coordinates with clients and Sales Managers to ensure attendance at meetings.
- Coordinates with the client and their meetings, checking on the client (where to go, when to work) and supporting the sales process.
Qualifications
- Strong mathematical skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good time management.
- Experience with a payment officer role or related money handling responsibilities; knowledge of different money apps is a plus.
