• Lead and manage the collections team.
• Ensure timely collection of payments.
• Develop strategies to improve collection rates.
• Provide training and support to team members.
• Maintain relationships with clients to facilitate collections.

Requirements

• College Graduate, Undergrad 2nd year completed.
• 2+ years experience as Team Lead.
• Must have Collections experience.
• Not a job hopper.
• Must not be a present or former employee of Wipro.
