About the role
BrokerLink is looking for an experienced Commercial Lines Account Executive to join our growing team. The position is 100% commission-based with no earnings limits, offering a guaranteed draw while building a book and compensation based on new business sales, policy renewals, and a growth bonus. The role requires travel within Southern Alberta.
Responsibilities
- Sell commercial insurance policies and develop a list of prospective customers.
- Build and maintain excellent customer relationships, visiting sites and supporting claims processes.
- Stay current on market knowledge, products, pricing, and opportunities.
- Prepare proposals and arrange account placement with carriers.
- Collect and document information to ensure appropriate coverage and service.
