Drive client success in a pivotal Commercial Account Manager role at Procore. This position, based in Toronto or remote, focuses on strategic mid-size accounts and maximizing revenue growth.
As a Commercial Account Manager at Procore, you will be the key contact for managing customer relationships and promoting our product suite. Collaborating with Customer Success and sales teams, your goal will be to increase renewals and support upselling and cross-selling initiatives. You will need to develop strong customer connections while maintaining sales forecasts and managing opportunities efficiently.
