Job Description

The Commercial Analytics Manager is responsible for managing, analyzing, and translating both external data and internal sales and operational data into actionable insights. The role supports Sales, Trade Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Management in driving performance, optimizing trade investments, and improving decision‑making across the General Trade channel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, validate, and consolidate data from distributor
  • Analyze sell‑out performance by account, category, SKU, store, and region
  • Monitor distribution (numeric & weighted), assortment, pricing, and promotion
  • Conduct promo post‑evaluation and ROI analysis
  • Identify sales trends, gaps, and growth opportunities based on shopper and store‑level data
  • Targets vs. Actual
  • Forecasts and demand plan
  • Inventory and sell‑through
  • Support sales forecasting, target setting, and performance tracking
