 :Applying and interpretating Commercial, Agriculture, Infinity Scheme and Hospitality wording to claims.
End-to-end negotiating and settlement of Insured recovery claim-pre-litigation through claims assessment, claims payments, processing of claims.
Delivering on daily production standards.
Following standardised processes and provides administrative support in line with normal business functioning.
Responding to immediate administrative requirements within procedure.
Using standard administrative techniques to coordinate own work.
Being accountable for service delivery through own efforts.
Collaborating effectively with others to achieve personal results.
Being Individually accountable for managing own time tasks and output quality for periods of 1 day to a maximum of 3 months.
Adhering to services standards and provide quality service delivery.
