Our client is seeking a Commercial Client Service Associate to join their team. The role supports a Commercial Insurance Specialist and delivers exceptional service to commercial clients. The successful candidate will help manage annual reviews, renewals, and day‑to‑day administrative work that keeps clients informed, protected, and confident in their insurance program.
Responsibilities
Manage annual review and renewal processes and support day‑to‑day administrative service work. Coordinate client interactions and internal collaboration. Participate in select sales‑related activities and identify opportunities within the existing book of business. Deliver high‑quality service and support business development efforts.
Qualifications
- Post‑secondary education (college or university preferred)
- General Insurance Level 1 or 2 licence in Manitoba (required)
