Commercial Construction Superintendent

You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation. Municipal workexperience a PLUS.

Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate & supervise day to day operations of project.
2. Supervise aggressive construction schedules and hold contractors accountable to the schedule.
3. Supervise subcontractors during the construction process including labor, materials, workmanship and quality control and hold subcontractors accountable for their overall quality of their work.
