Why This Role is ExcitingAs Commercial Counsel, Singapore, you will be an integral member of AuditBoard’s expanding legal team. This role will be Optro’s first Commercial Counsel in the APJ region and will be responsible for establishing strong practices and driving regional expansion for our go‑to‑market team, as well as building our legal/compliance function in APJ.
Your primary responsibilities include independently leading legal negotiations with customers and providing guidance on transactions such as subscription agreements, vendor agreements, and partner agreements, while shaping initiatives to streamline Optro’s contracting process and lead growth in a new region.
