Job Description

Responsibilities:


  • Providing clear, commercial legal advice to internal stakeholders.

  • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial and supplier contracts.

  • Supporting regulatory and marketing compliance.

  • Maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with internal business partners and stakeholders across teams.

    • Qualifications:

  • 4-6 years of significant transactional experience, preferably in an in-house environment, working on a wide variety of commercial contracts, including but not limited to SOWs, NDAs, and MSAs, vendor, procurement, supply chain, service, and customer/sales agreements.

  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts in an in-house setting.

  • Confidence working with internal stakeholders and external advisers.

  • Issue spotting and contract planning.
