We are looking for a hands‑on Commercial / BD Executive who can drive client acquisition while directly supporting recruitment delivery. The role requires a hybrid profile; someone who can close clients, understand hiring needs, and execute initial recruitment stages including sourcing coordination, resume screening, and candidate management. This is ideal for someone comfortable operating in a lean structure where speed, ownership, and accountability are critical.
