Job Description

Responsibilities Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth in alignment with organizational objectives. Analyze sales performance, conduct thorough analyses, forecast sales accurately, manage pipeline and budget, and identify areas for growth. Lead sales initiatives by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities and partnerships to expand revenue streams and enhance market presence. Manage stakeholder engagements to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention across all territories and lines of business. Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team, set clear goals, motivate team members, and foster a collaborative, high-performance culture within the sales department.
