 Description: Purpose of Role: 

As a Senior Executive in the Subcontracts Department, you’ll drive impactful subcontract strategies, managing agreements to ensure compliance with project requirements, contractual obligations and company policies. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and subcontractors to achieve timely and cost-effective delivery, all while maintaining uncompromised quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities:
To obtain techno-commercial proposals and assist in tender clarifications and negotiations with subcontractors and vendors.

Prepare, review, and negotiate subcontract agreements in line with project specifications and company standards.
