A Tier 1, award-winning MEP contractor is looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Lead to join a major project in Finland valued between £100M and £130M .

This is a senior position offering the opportunity to lead the commercial function on a flagship scheme, working alongside the Project Director and senior management team to ensure the successful commercial delivery of the project from inception through to final account.

The successful candidate will have a strong background working for an MEP or Building Services contractor and will be comfortable managing large project finances, leading commercial teams and building strong relationships with both clients and subcontractors.
