Job Description

We are partnered up with a leading property management, development, and investment company that focuses on building communities that are connected, promoting friendly, social opportunities, and a sustainable environment.

This position will be located in Downtown/Burnaby. The commercial maintenance technician will be responsible for maintaining a safe, healthy, and functional facility for the tenants and the people in it.
Compensation:

  • $60,000 – $70,000

    • Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of systems and equipment.

  • Monitor HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building management systems.

  • Conduct daily preventative rounds to ensure fire, life, and internal/external building systems are operational.
