Our client is a nationally recognised property developer, delivering a diverse portfolio of new build residential, commercial, PBSA (Purpose-Built Student Accommodation), and mixed-use projects across the UK.
They're now seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to join their team, based in their office in Battersea, South West London.
This role will involve leading the commercial function across a large mixed use residential scheme, ensuring cost efficiency from inception through to completion.
