Position Summary
Silo Construction SA is seeking a commercially astute and strategically driven Commercial Manager / Business Development Manager to lead and oversee the company’s commercial, tendering, quantity surveying, and business development functions within the Southern Africa region. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring profitability, cost control, contractual compliance, risk mitigation, and revenue growth through effective tender management, contract administration, financial oversight, and client relationship development. The role requires strong technical knowledge of construction commercial processes, market intelligence, and the ability to secure new business opportunities aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.
