Enersense Engineering is currently seeking Commercial Managers to support our clients Data Centre projects in several locations across Finland. We are hiring on a permanent basis and the work is set to start as soon as possible.
Main tasks and responsibilities
- Lead and manage the commercial team in a fast-paced construction environment, ensuring high performance, accountability and strong commercial awareness
- Put effective cost control processes in place
- Prepare and present key commercial reports to senior management
- Plan and manage project procurement to meet timelines, scope and budget
- Ensure a smooth handover of information from pre-construction to the project team
- Build and maintain good relationships with clients and suppliers
- Ensure all commercial documentation is accurate and properly maintained
