About the role

REM Waste is a UK-based waste management company working with 750+ suppliers nationwide. As we scale our commercial business, we’re moving from one-off sales to long-term contracts — and we need a Commercial Sales Executive who can sell them.

You’ll own a book of medium-to-large commercial accounts and sell volume-based contracts that lock in long-term relationships. This is a selling role with an account book attached — not passive account management.

What you’ll do

  • Own and grow a portfolio of commercial accounts in HubSpot
  • Sell volume-based contracts matched to each customer’s situation — yearly fixed-price, monthly, per-project, and ad-hoc
  • Consultatively assess what a customer needs — a national contractor building 400 homes needs something very different from a project-to-project firm — and put the right contract in front of them
