Commercial Trainee Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured trainee programme with across selected departments
• Learn and support day‑to‑day operations within assigned business functions
• Gain practical exposure to Wilmar’s integrated agribusiness value chain
• Assist in commercial, operational or technical activities as assigned by the department
• Demonstrate adaptability and initiative when working in fast‑paced and dynamic environments
• Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders across functions and locations

Pre-requisites:

• Bachelor’s degree in any major.
• Entry level or with 2 to 3 years’ working experience.
• Diligent, passionate, has perseverance and thrives under pressure.
• Other essential attributes sought are good business acumen, maturity,
